Warranty
Services

 

Products we regularly stock that are purchased directly from us are covered by that manufacturers warranty.

We warrant all other products, only to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of install. We will provide warranty service within 3 business days of a request.

Response times are based on local standard business days and working hours. Response times for warranty services begin once Shore Commercial Services has completed confirming the warranty failure and identifying the replacement part.

After your manufacturer's warranty has expired, Shore Commercial Services will continue to provide service to your swimming pool equipment at competitive rates.

TECHNICIANS: All of our technicians are carefully screened and trained. We take our clients security very seriously. We perform random drug testing and background checks as well as drivers license verifications. All technicians are full-time employees and not subcontractors. Our technicians are continually trained to provide the best quality service to you. We have 12 full-time repairmen ready to assist you with any repair needs.
